End to End Design

We develop and design your idea, from the first sketch to prototype.

This includes drafts and the concept development, CAD design like technical drawings up to the finished prototype as view, functional or utility model.

Of course, we develop the complete engineering documents such as parts lists, calculations, data sheets, assembling and manufacturing documents.

We coordinate our sustainable designs with you in terms of environmental compatibility and cost structure.

Then we build the corresponding prototype for you. Here we also use the Stade oft the Art technologies of 3D printing.

Concept Design

For you we develop the technical design and discuss the concept and the subsequent practical implementation of the design idea. You receive a clear and detailed project planning about the concept phase, the detailing phase and the implementation phase.

3D and 2D Design + Engineering Documents

We create a model of your product idea in three-dimensional space and generate the technical drawings from it.

Furthermore, we create for you all relevant documents for the structural realization such as parts lists, data sheets, assembly and manufacturing documents, necessary layouts, routing plans of electrical wiring and other documents depending on the product.

Prototyping

We develop for you the prototype of your choice …

We provide:

  • View samples: These reflect the basic design of the product,
  • Functional samples: These show the essential functions of the later product,
  • Utility models essentially already represent the almost finished product and can be used for testing purposes, for example.
